It is sad to see that Watchmen is in such bad company as Anita Blake.
On the other hand, for a story that old which has been in print that long to still be in the top 20 is really a great example of how excellent Watchmen is. Going up against popular, new manga is no small task for a story that doesn't really have any appeal to the young kids and doesn't feature much action or enticing sexual imagery. The power of Alan Moore's storytelling seems to overcome those disadvantages though. |
