B Gata H Kei just sounds so wrong, I'm really surprised it's a Shonen Jump title. I'm guessing it's not nearly as bad as the premise makes it out to be?
So can't wait for Working!!(!) I loved the pilot/preview episode, it had a good mix of characters and some great comedy. I can see where the story is going to go, but it should be lot of fun. It's pretty obvious the manga is a 4koma just watching the first episode. Emerje |

B Gata H Kei is serialized in Weekly Young Jump, a seinen magazine. I'm also looking forward to Working!! Also curious to see how the Hetalia movie turns out.

Wow. Really wasn't expecting the Hetalia movie to look like that. Not that it looks bad (I think it looks pretty awesome, especially that scene with America, and I'm enjoying what we've been given of "Mein Gott"), but I was wondering how they were going to do this. There's a real sense of seriousness here; now I just want to see how the balance that with the Hetalia humor.
I'm probably not getting my point across well, but it's hard to explain; I'm pretty sure fans will get what I mean though, or even just people with a knowledge of Hetalia. Of course, we've only been shown a bit, and without any speaking, so it's impossible to say exactly where the film will go. I hope the first two seasons do well in the US, so that Funi will license the third and the movie. |

I know, there's nothing cuter than a ultra-cutesy voice repeating "Will I be able to make 100 f_ck buddies?" (エチトモ１００人できるかな？) over and over again. Barf. The premise is all a sham anyway, as she immediately settles on one guy. How about telling the same story, only have her go through with it. You can have her middle aged self narrate; now riddled with STDs and severe emotional baggage, she laments her youthful stupidity. Sordid tales of men who viewed her as nothing but an object, multiple abortions alone since the men involved dropped off the face of the earth by that point. Now that would be one hell of a downer and a ratings disaster, but it be a more interesting watch than this tripe. |

That voice doesn't fit a girl interested in having 100 casual sex partners. But if she is going to put up a more mature voice, then yeah, count me in again. After checking her other roles, I couldn't remember any of the characters with this specific tone. So, I guess that's good. |
