Madhouse?! If they put in the budget, this could be spectacular. I've enjoyed their work with Parasyte over the last two seasons and that's not even an A-list work budget-wise.

Ishikawa is a great choice but I'm not sure about Makoto. I've only heard him voice Banri (Golden Time) and he sounds really girly and whiny in there. Idk.

I like Kaito, so thats cool with me. I am iffy with Makoto. Will need to watch before I judge.

For anyone wonering, here's Furukawa's voice samples:
http://spacecraft.co.jp/voice_artist/furukawa.html Ishikawa is perfect choice for Genos, while Furukawa is almost uknown, which is actually a good thing as well. - his voice will be more uniuque. I was hoping for Bones or Manglobe.
but its ok, Madhouse are pretty good. if its getting the Ippo treatment like spoiler[Takamura's rage in "New Challenger"] then its perfect |

Manglobe? Nah, I don't think that they're get the needed budget for the level of Murata epicness. Madhouse done the really amazing action scenes with Hunter x Hunter remake, so I want them in the first place to animate the One-Punch Man - and this news is really good. And script writer from Tiger&Bunny doing the job with superheroic theme manga is the really good thing. |
