So unknown format as of right now? Hmm. It could work for a TV series imo. Image reminds me of Rolling Girls.

The girl in the red tracksuit looks a lot like Eromanga-sensei's Jinno Megumi (a new LN series created by Tsukasa Fushimi, Ore no Imōto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai's author) and the art style indeed looks very reminiscent of the rest of the charcters
