5th Milky Holmes TD Episode Delayed Due to 'Circumstances'

The official website for the Tantei Kageki Milky Holmes TD television anime announced on Friday that the fifth episode, "Carol no Minoshirokin" (Carol's Ransom), has been delayed from its planned broadcast on Saturday, January 31. The website explained that the delay was "due to circumstances." The first episode of the anime will rerun instead on Saturday.
The third episode of Assassination Classroom was similarly delayed last week due to "various circumstances." The band Ling Tosite Sigure replaced the lines "Chi darake no jiyū ga" (Freedom covered in blood) and "Moroha no knife ni irodorareta" (Colored by a double-edged knife) in their Psycho-Pass film theme song "Who What Who What" during their television performance last week.
Two Japanese men — Kenji Gotō and Haruna Yukawa — were captured by the terrorist group ISIS, and a video of the two hostages was revealed last week. The terrorists demanded US$200 million within 72 hours in exchange for the men's release, and the deadline for the exchange was 2:50 p.m. JST (12:50 a.m. EST) last Friday. The Japanese government later received a photograph, purportedly of Gotō holding a photograph of Yukawa's body. The captors then changed their demands, asking for the release of Iraqi Female Prisoner Sajida al-Rishawi in Jordan in exchange for the release of both Gotō and Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kasasbeh.
