Macross Frontier's Sheryl, Kimono Ver.

In the above photo, an unidentified cosplayer portrays singer Sheryl Nome from the television anime series Macross Frontier. In the series, Sheryl is an idol famous throughout the galaxy for her singing abilities, known as the "Galactic Fairy." The outfit portrayed here comes from an illustration in the Macross F Visual Collection - Sheryl Nome Final art book. It has also been made into a figure by Banpresto.
The photo was taken at the World Cosplay Summit, which took place this past weekend in Nagoya, Japan.
