Usyagi (winged bunny with a flower) from Clamp's "Wish" makes an appearance in the eye-catch

Chitose Mihara, Chiho Mihara, and Chise Mihara resemble Chitose Hibiya, Chii, and Freya from Chobits which happens to be also drawn by CLAMP.

The convenience store in the area Kobato lives is called "Piffle Princess." Piffle Princess is a name used for many various businesses and companies in works by CLAMP, including Angelic Layer, Tsubasa Chronicle, and Chobits, among others.

The appartment where Kobato leaves is the same as the one from Chobits, another anime from CLAMP

If you look closely at the cast list, you can see that the other CLAMP characters (such as Fai, Kurogane, Mokona, Watanuki and Toya) are all voiced by their original seiyuu.

In episode 10 the two girls advertising beer are Misaki and Tamayo from Angelic Layer, another anime from CLAMP.

In episode 11, the bakery that Kobato works out, and the manager and employer that she meets, are originally from Chobits.

In Episode 17, Kimihiro Watanuki from xxxHolic appeared talking to Ginsei

In Episode 20, Syaoran, Fay, Kurogane and Mokona from Tsubasa Chronicle appeared just transported to Kobato's World, living with Kobato and Ioryogi in her appartment

In Episode 22, Kiyokazu's co-worker from Piffle Pizza is the resemblance of Touya from Cardcaptor Sakura & Tsubasa
