As with season 1, Chiaki is in class 5-2..a reference to the creator's other manga/anime.
The Minami sisters often visit the website Cuulgle; this is an obvious reference to Google.
In ep 4 one can see the box the hamster lives in is a parody of the Amazon website.
Another website that appears throughout the show is Amazon written as "zamahzon". One such instance occurs in episode 2 at 6:10.
In episode 5, a cardboard stand of Haruka Amami from THE iDOLM@STER can be seen in the background.
In episode 6, about 3:26 in, Chiaki visits a web-site that looks like Japanese Wikipedia, or at least, a MediaWiki dedicated to teddy bears.
In episode 10, at 6:04-6:15 the Microsoft Internet browser, Internet Explorer appears written as "Internet Mxplorer" and with a different icon.
In episode 11, at timing 08:45, Chiaki is viewing the site Neco Neco Douga (ネコネコ動画) a parody of Nico Nico Douga (ニコニコ動画), although Neco Neco Douga seems like a site dedicated to cats.
In episode 11, timing 9:16, the book Chiaki passing to Kana is called Higashike, an obvious parody of Minami-ke with Kana and Chiaki look-a-likes on the cover of the book.
