Trivia:

At the end of episode 5, when Kemeko attacks Sanpeita, Kemeko utters the phrase "Kemeko Yoga Fire." This is a reference to Dhalsim of Street Fighter, who is famous for his "Yoga Fire" attack.

About halfway through episode 6 Kemeko's cosplay af a ninja seems to be based off of Nin-nin from the 'La Blue Girl' series. This could also be a refrence to the generic ninjas in Ninja Nonsense.

The leotard that Sanpeita is wearing throughout episode 7 is the same as the one Shinji wears during an episode of Evangelion

Ep 2, around 12:06 the background shows a lot of dango similar to the dango family often seen in Clannad.

Mishima is a reference to Medical Meccanica from FLCL.

In episode 1 Kemeko fights a giant robot hand as a reference to FLCL episode 1 when Haruko Haruhara fights a giant robot hand.

In episode 2, around 12:53 in, there is some footage from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei used (hanged Itoshiki and two girls from the opening video).

In episode 2 around 5:53, Aoi-chan says "I can reach the goal now, right?" the same line used by Misuzu near the end of the final episode.

In episode 5, the romance movie that Emuemu and Sanpeita watch together is actually a parody of several famous romance films, such as Roman Holiday, Ghost and Titanic.

In episode 7, about 14:24 in, "Magical Girl" Izumi wears Punie Tanaka's usual outfit from Dai Mahou Touge and uses the catch phrase "Paya" (the name of Punie's pet sidekick). Immediately after that, she cosplays as "Angel" Dokuro Mitsukai from Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan. Both these series were written and directed by Tsutomu Mizushima, the director of Kemeko Deluxe!.

In episode 7, Kemeko can be seen wearing a black n.W.o. shirt.

In Episode 9, Battle Royale, at 2:07 Kemeko's phrase is that of Maka from Soul Eater.

In episode 10, about 16:08, the shot of Misaki looking at Sanpeita and Izumi is very reminiscent of Sakuya's look in Candy Boy ONA when observing Kanade and Yukino in the first episode.

In episode 11, Sanpeita's mother can be seen executing a "Fumi-ning bird kick," which is most likely based off of Chun-Li. To counter this, Aoi executes an "Aoi Knuckle," which is a reference to Terry Bogard. This is probably a reference to the Capcom Vs. SNK series of fighting games.
