Bisco Hatori wrote a note of apology for messing up on who was older, Hani (Honey) or Mori. She said that Mori was actually older, because he is a Taurus and Hani is a Pisces. (Vol. 1, Page 175, Hani's profile)
In Ch. 16, when Tamaki is telling Haruhi about his mother, he remembers playing music for her. The keyboard he used was a Yanaha, a play on Yamaha keyboards.
The Japanese pronunciation of the title of the manga would be "Ouran Koukou Hosuto Bu", but instead of using furigana to indicate an ordinary pronunciation of the last kanji in the title, the pronunciation is indicated as "Kurabu", indicating that even the Japanese title is meant to be pronounced with the English phrase "Host Club".
