Silent Hill: Downpour Gameplay Video Streamed

The video game news site GamesRadar began streaming a 15-minute gameplay video for Konami's Silent Hill: Downpour survival horror game on Wednesday. The video previews the title's gameplay style with the protagonist Murphy Pendleton and includes a guided tour of the Silent Hill game series' newest town. Tom Hulett, senior associate producer for Konami, provides commentary.
Developed by Vatra Games, Silent Hill: Downpour will be the eighth installment in the Silent Hill series. The game will include and an expanded town from previous games, all-new "Side Quests," and about 50 weapons. Hulett stated that the production team is aiming to offer more fine-tuned combat. Silent Hill: Downpour will also be the first game in the series to incorporate 3D technology.
Konami will release Silent Hill: Downpour for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles on March 6, 2012.
