Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man Unite in Archie Comics

12-part American comic event due in 2013
The newspaper USA Today revealed last week that Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog and CAPCOM's Mega Man will be teaming up next year in a crossover comic event. The 12-part story will take place in three Archie Comics titles featuring the two game characters — Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man and Sonic Universe. The special series will be scripted by the titles' current writer Ian Flynn with cover art by Patrick Spaziante.
Sonic previously fused with Hello Kitty as a super jumbo plush doll.
