Fans Vote for Song to Remake in Hatsune Miku -Project Diva- F

posted on by Egan Loo
Overseas votes accepted for which song Sega will remake with new footage, audio

Sega's Team Project Diva is holding a poll for which song to remake for the PlayStation 3 version of the Hatsune Miku -Project Diva- f rhythm game. Fans can select one of the songs from three Project Diva PSP games — the first Project Diva game, -Project Diva- 2nd, and -Project Diva- extend. Sega will remake the winning song with newly produced footage and audio.

The vote began on Monday and will end on January 15 at 6:00 p.m. Japan Time (4:00 a.m. EST). After selecting a song, each voter must enter male or female, age in years, and location. The vote openly accepts overseas votes — the last four location options are Asia, America, Europe, and "other."

Thursday happens to be the fifth birthday of the Vocaloid twins Kagamine Rin and Len, so Team Project Diva is celebrating by streaming two videos to announce two more songs in the game, Neru's "Tokyo Teddy Bear" and Nem's "Yume-Kui Shirokuro Baku":

The game is scheduled to ship on March 7, 2013.
