Macross Crossover Live 30 Concert to Be Held in July

A concert celebrating the 30th anniversary of the science-fiction romance anime franchise Macross was announced at the Macross stage event at Wonder Fest 2013 Winter on Sunday. Mari Iijima (Minmay in the first Macross), Yoshiki Fukuyama (Basara in Macross 7), Chie Kajiura (Mylene in Macross 7), May'n (Sheryl in Macross Frontier), Megumi Nakajima (Ranka in Macross Frontier), "and more…" will appear at the "Macross Crossover Live 30" event. It will be held on July 13 at the Makuhari Messe center's Halls 1-2 in Chiba.
Macross fan club members will have the first shot at the tickets in a drawing held in March. The karaoke company Joysound will then offer tickets on March 26. Advance sales for the general public will begin on April 27, before regular sales begin on May 25.
Similar concerts were held on 15th, 20th, and 25th anniversaries of Macross.
