Restore Your Health With Real Dynasty Warriors Meat Buns From Lawson

Sima Shi's favorite food filled with Sichuan beef comes to LAWSON this month with QR code for Wang Yuanji background

Japanese convenience store will start carrying official Shin Sangoku Musō 7 Mōshōden (Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends) meat buns in their stores beginning on November 26. The meat bun is being released in celebration of the Shin Sangoku Musō 7 Mōshōden PlayStation 3 and PS Vita video game, which is scheduled to ship in Japan on November 28. The “Shin Sangoku Musō 7 Mōshōden Release Anniversary Spicy Meat Bun” has the word “Musō” (lit. “unparalleled,” which is replaced by “Warriors” in North America in Europe) printed on it, and costs 138 yen (about US$1.40). Those who purchase the bun filled with Sichuan-style beef will receive a QR code to download a special background for cellphones featuring Sima Shi's future sister-in-law Wang Yuanji in her LAWSON Akikoloid costume.

The meat bun has been a health-restoring item in the games since the first Shin Sangoku Musō (known as Dynasty Warriors 2 outside of Japan) game was released in Japan for the Sony PlayStation 2 in 2000. In recent games, it has become cold, calculating ruler Sima Shi's favorite food. He has been known to send hundreds of soldiers to get revenge on his brother Sima Zhao for eating his share.
