Yūichi Nakamura, Nao Tōyama Lead the VA Pack for Fall 2018 Anime Season

This year's fall anime season is just getting started, so whether you're tuning in to a select few series or plan to cram as many into your brain as you can, you're going to hear some familiar voices across the board. The fall season is packed with talent, but just like its predecessors there are a few stars appearing over and over again. The folks at Animate Times took a look at this season's line-up and tallied who are the busiest voice actors heading to your screens this month.
Yūichi Nakamura edges out ahead of his colleagues this season with seven major roles. The Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These and Mr. Osomatsu voice actor is bringing his skills to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind to star as the ruthless gangster Bruno Bucciarati, Gray in the final season of Fairy Tail, and Rurō Arthur in the anime adaptation of the mobile game Operation Han-Gyaku-Sei Million Arthur. He also has roles in Goblin Slayer, Bakumatsu, and Gakuen Basara: Samurai High School.
Nakamura was also one of the most popular voice actors for this year's spring season where he starred in eight series
Following closely behind Nakamura is Kaito Ishikawa, Tomokazu Sugita, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, and Taku Yashiro with six roles each.
Leading the pack of female voice actors this season is GATE and Encouragement of Climb anime talent Nao Tōyama. Tōyama will voice seven roles this season including Mia Silverstone in The Girl in Twilight, Kurumi Kawai in P.A. Works' Iroduku Sekai no Ashita kara. and Miss Melba in the anime adaptation of the French comic Radiant. You can also catch her in Goblin Slayer, the anime short about fantasy armor lingerie Otona no Bōguya-san, Operation Han-Gyaku-Sei Million Arthur, Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai, and the conclusion of Beatless, Beatless Final Stage.
This season will also feature M.A.O and Suzuko Mimori, each starring in five roles a piece.
