Samurai X on the Big Screen, Austin Texas

On Sunday, October 15th at 9:30pm, ADV Films will present the big screen premiere of SAMURAI X: TRUST & BETRAYAL (Rurouni Kenshin OVA) at the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin Texas.
Samurai X features the voices of some of Austin's greatest theatrical
talents, including Joe York, Ken Webster, Katherine Catmull, Corey Gagne, Jason Phelps, Brian Gaston, Lara Toner, Douglas Taylor, and Ellie McBride.
Samurai X is the story of Rurouni Kenshin, an assassin working for a
rebellious clan during the mid-19th Century. The story revolves around the terrible war that brought down the tyrannical Tokugawa Shogunate and brought about the modern era of Japanese history. It is a beautifully drawn anime with a story to match.
Tickets for the screening are $7 per person, 18 and up only. For more

This presentation is the first in what ADV hopes will become a regular
feature at the Alamo where they will present shows that have been recorded by their Alamo staff and associates.
