Tokyopop Manga Creator Coming Next Spring

The self-publishing software allows users to create their own manga with Tokyopop characters, backgrounds, logos, icons, and screen shots. Planetwide currently produces Comic Book Creator, as well as Marvel Heroes and Nacho Libre editions.
