Rozen Maiden: Träumend Set for US, Manga Ends in Japan

Geneon Entertainment's latest schedule confirms the first volume of the Rozen Maiden: Träumend Gothic Lolita anime sequel for an October 23 release in North America. The Canned Dogs blog notes the Peach-Pit creators caution that the eighth volume of the original manga compilation (on sale June 23 in Japan) will only contain chapters 41 through 43, with no exclusive artwork added. The previous volumes each contained five to six chapters. Peach-Pit abruptly ended the serialization in May due to issues on "the editorial department's side." A possible continuation has not been announced.
