Supernatual action manga launches in Monthly Young King magazine in Japan
Shinya Kuwahara, the creator of the Warriors of Tao (To-ma), Lovely Uchikoshi-kun!!, and R-16 manga, has launched a new action manga called Rasenbana in this year's fifth issue (released on February 9) of Shonengahosha's Monthly Young King magazine in Japan. The first 54-page installment introduces Haru Habaki, a 16-year-old who has been a junior delinquent since middle school. After his sister gets caught in a fight and injured, Haru decides to run off on his own. However his mobile phone gets an odd email message about a "Habaki Hunt." Now, a shadowy group called the Kidō (The Way of the Demon) is pursuing him. Tokyopop publishes Warriors of Tao in North America.
