Viz to Publish One Piece #24-53 in January-June 2010 (Update 2)

The North American manga publisher Viz Media has announced at its Anime Expo panel on Friday that it will publish volumes 24 through 53 of Eiichiro Oda's One Piece manga series between January and June 2010 — or five per month. Volume 53 only just shipped in Japan in March, and Viz's own Shonen Jump magazine will publish the latest chapters from Japan starting this fall. Viz is also releasing Akihisa Ikeda's Rosario + Vampire Season II manga starting on April 6, 2010.
Yun Kouga's Crown of Love manga will ship on February 2, 2010. The Cactus's Secret manga will ship on March 2, 2010. Stepping on Roses, from Tail of the Moon's Rinko Ueda, will ship on April 6, 2010. Flower in a Storm will ship on May 4, 2010. Biomega, from Blame! author Tsutomu Nihei, will ship on February 9.
The company's anime department will release the second Bleach film, Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion - Mō Hitotsu no Hyōrinmaru, on DVD on September 9 after a theatrical premiere at San Francisco's J-Pop Center on August 19-20. The Death Note: Relight 2 television special will ship on October 27.

Update 2: Kakashi Chronicles, the anime adaptation of the Kakashi character's backstory in Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto manga, will be available on Viz's website on August 6.
