This is Ittō DVD to be given away starting this Saturday

To celebrate the continuing release of Himitsu Kessha Taka no Tsume The Movie 3 ~http://takanotsume.jp wa Eien ni~, moviegoers at TOHO CINEMAS theaters will receive 10,000 DVDs for free starting this Saturday. The film is the third one based on the Flash-animated Himitsu Kessha Taka no Tsume gag comedy television shorts from the animator FROGMAN. The story follows the Eagle Talon secret society and its bumbling attempts to take over the world.

The DVD is titled This Is Ittō (This is the Best) as a wordplay on Michael Jackson's This Is It concert documentary. It will feature the the anime adaptation of "0-Kan Mitainano," the free manga that was given to Eagle Talon The Movie 3's audience — similar to how the One Piece Volume 0 manga was given to One Piece Film Strong World viewers. The DVD will also include a teaser for "Eagle Talon 5" and other exclusive content.

The production company DLE Inc. and Frogman launched the original Himitsu Kessha Taka no Tsume (Secret Society Eagle Talon) television series in 2006, and the series spawned two films in 2007 and 2008. A new television series, Himitsu Kessha Taka no Tsume: Countdown (Secret Society Eagle Talon: Countdown), premiered on October 8.

Susan Boyle, the 48-year-old Scottish woman who became globally famous after performing on the television competition Britain's Got Talent, contributed her most famous song, "I Dreamed a Dream," for the third film's theme song. The film claims to have Japan's largest credited voice cast after 14,137 fans submitted recordings of them yelling "Ta-ka-no-Tsu-me!" The recordings were spliced together into a giant chorus scene in the film, and all 14,137 fans have their names listed in the ending credits. The film opened in Japan on January 16.
