Aa Megami-sama OAD, Hourou Musuko Promos Streamed

English live-action Gantz trailer, Kara no Kyoukai promo, Deva Zan site

The Japanese publisher Kodansha began streaming a promotional video for the original anime DVD (OAD) bundled with the 42nd volume of Kousuke Fujishima's Aa Megami-sama manga on Wednesday. The manga/DVD bundle will ship in Japan on February 23, 2011. Hiroaki Gohda is directing the project, and the theme song will be sung by fripSide.

The official website for the Wandering Son (Hourou Musuko) television anime series began streaming its third promotional video on Thursday. The anime adapts a manga by Takako Shimura (Aoi Hana/Sweet Blue Flowers), and Fantagraphics Books plans to release the first manga volume in North America next February. The anime will premiere in Fuji TV's late-night Noitamina timeslot on January 13, 2011.

On Tuesday, Viz Pictures' New People unit began streaming an English-language trailer for the world premiere of the first live-action film based on the Gantz manga. The first film will play in American theaters on January 20, 2011.

Aniplex USA began streaming the trailer for its English-subtitled Blu-ray Disc box release of the Kara no Kyoukai - the garden of sinners anime film series on Wednesday. The North American version of the box will ship on February 8, 2011 — less than a week after the Japanese version.

The official website for Yoshitaka Amano's 2012 Deva Zan project has launched with an announcement of a December 21 press conference. With this project, Amano (Science Ninja Team Gatchaman, Final Fantasy game art) is directing his first anime film. The website lists a Twitter account and a Ustream video-streaming channel.
