AKB0048 TV Anime's Test Footage Streamed

The AKB48 all-female idol group's theater manager posted a 33-second clip of test footage from the AKB0048 television anime series on his Google+ account on Tuesday.
Kana Ueda, Mamiko Noto, Ryoko Shiraishi, Yukari Tamura, Yui Horie, and Akemi Kanda were previously announced as starring in the series. Miyuki Sawashiro, Ayako Kawasumi, and Mai Nakahara will play legacy (or succession) members of AKB0048 who have assumed the names of the real-life AKB48 members.
The story is set in post-apocalyptic future when AKB0048 assumes the name of a legendary idol group and holds guerrilla concerts to combat the Super Galactic Alliance's Entertainment Prohibition Law.
The series will premiere on April 29 on TV Kanagawa at 11:00 p.m.
