Sony Music Entertainment Japan announced on its Facebook page on Wednesday that Japanese rock band SPYAIR's DJ Enzel is leaving the band.

Enzel commented on his withdrawal from the band, stating "Leaving everything up to the members about our music, when I seriously thought about my future, I came to a conclusion that it would be difficult for me to continue as a member of the band.”

His band mates responded to the news saying "We respect ENZEL's decision, and we want to see him off in the best way possible. This is why we chose Nippon Budokan, our biggest challenge thus far, as the last stage for the 5-member SPYAIR."

The band's Nippon Budokan arena concert takes place in Tokyo on December 18.

The five members Ike (vocals), Kenta (guitar/programming), Momiken (bass), Uz (drums), and Enzel (DJ) signed with Sony Music Entertainment Japan in 2010. Their first major single "LIAR" was used on the live-action Japanese television series Hammer Session!. They went on to record the Bleach ending theme "Last Moment," the Gintama' ending theme "Samurai Heart" (Some Like it Hot)," and most recently "My World" for Mobile Suit Gundam AGE.

Their latest single WENDY ~It's You~ hits store shelves November 21.
