Elfen Lied and Shinkai's Place Promised Listed for January/February

The forum for the website Anime UK News posted a message from the distributor 101 Films, saying that it would reissue the anime Elfen Lied and The Place Promised in Our Early Days in 2013. Both titles were previously released in Britain by ADV Films. (The ADV editions are pictured.)
According to the quoted message, Place Promised would be released on February 18 and Elfen Lied on February 28. However, the re-releases have listings on the Amazon UK site (here and here), which claim that Elfen Lied will be released on January 28, not February 28. The British Video Association website gives the same dates as Amazon, here and here. January 28 is a Monday, whereas February 28 is a Thursday.
The message quoted on the forum also says that, "Full details are yet to be confirmed, but Elfen Lied will be a 4-disc set."
