3rd Madoka Magica Film Not Announced for Summer (Updated)

The April issue of Takarajima's men's fashion magazine Smart reported on Saturday that Gekijō-ban Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magica [Shinpen]: Hangyaku no Monogatari (Puella Magi Madoka Magica New Feature: Rebellion), the third Puella Magi Madoka Magica film, will open in Japan this summer.

Update: The editors of the magazine reported on Tuesday that they made an error in its April issue. The editors say that the feature should have said that the third film is "scheduled to open in 2013."
