Samurai Girls Streamed by Crunchyroll

Crunchyroll announced the addition of the Samurai Girls television anime to its streaming video catalog on Thursday. The entire Samurai Girls series is available for viewing to premium members in the United States and Canada only. Free members can view four episodes per week.

The first anime season premiered in October 2010, and The Anime Network streamed the anime in the United States as it aired in Japan. The anime also streamed with English subtitles on Hulu in 2011. Section23 Films released the first anime season on DVD.

Crunchyroll is currently streaming the second series, Samurai Bride, as it airs in Japan. Sentai Filmworks licensed the sequel for North American home video release.
