Creamy Mami's Character Designer Takada Sends Video Message to Support Anime Sols

Anime Sols posted a video greeting on Thursday from Magical Angel Creamy Mami character designer Akemi Takeda. In the video, which is viewable for Anime Sols members, Takeda says that she hopes North Americans who are seeing the show for the first time are enjoying it, and calls for everyone to keep supporting the DVD release.
As of press time, funding for the Creamy Mami DVD release has surpassed US$11,000 of its US$19,000 goal with two days remaining. New Yatterman, Ninja Robot Tobikage, and Black Jack are also still funding.
Anime Sols launched in May with a starting lineup that also included the original Yatterman televison anime, Osamu Tezuka's Blue Blink television anime and Marine Express, Fumoon, and Bander Book films, and Tekkaman, the Space Knight.
Japan's Yomiuri Group announced this crowdsourcing venture with anime studios Pierrot, Tezuka Productions, and Tatsunoko Productions in November.
