Serial Experiments Lain BD/DVD Box Delayed 4 Months

Funimation has delayed its Anime Classics release of the Serial Experiments Lain - The Complete Collection Blu-ray Disc and DVD box set until May 20, 2014. The set was originally slated to ship in North America on January 28, 2014. The box set is still slated to ship for the retail price of US$39.98.

Funimation already released the complete series in a Blu-ray Disc and DVD set in limited and regular versions in November 2012. The anime distributor announced in 2010 that it licensed the 1998 psychological cyberpunk series previously held by Geneon.
