Toriko Ultimate Survival Game's Promo Features 100 Fighting Techniques

Namco Bandai Games began streaming a promotional video on Tuesday for the Toriko Ultimate Survival Nintendo 3DS game. The "ultimate gourmet food hunting" game is slated to ship on November 28. The "100 techniques" video showcases various moves players can use for the 14 playable characters featured in the video: Toriko, Starjun, Sunny, Zebra, Coco, Buranchi, Ootake, Teppei, Rin, Komatsu, Zonge, Ichiryuu, Jirou, and Midora.
The game takes place on an island called Shikijima, which features more than 200 species of wild animals. Toriko and his friends must work together to collect ingredients on this dangerous island. Tengu Buranchi will be available as a limited-edition character, and Tommyrod and Grinpatch will also be featured in the game.
The game will retail for 5,980 yen (about US$60).
Toriko Ultimate Survival is the latest game based on Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro's Toriko manga. Namco Bandai Games has previously released these other Toriko games: Toriko Gourmet Survival and Toriko Gourmet Survival 2 for the PlayStation Portable, and Toriko Gourmet Monsters! and Toriko Gourmega Battle! for the Nintendo 3DS.
