Crunchyroll Adds The Comic Artist and Assistants Anime Shorts

Crunchyroll announced on Monday that it will stream the anime adaptation of Hiroyuki's The Comic Artist and Assistants manga. The first episode will premiere for members at 12:05 p.m. PDT on Monday, with new episodes every Monday at 10:05 a.m. PDT. The episodes will be available for free the following week. The stream will be available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Turkey, Latin America, France and DOM/TOM, Belgium, Switzerland, Andorra, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, the Middle East and the Arab League.
Each episode will last approximately 13 minutes.
The cast includes:
Yuka Iguchi (Nisemonogatari ) as Rinna Fuwa
Minami Tanaka (Recently, my sister is unusual. ) as Matome Minano
Miku Itō (Wanna Be the Strongest in the World ) as Suino Sahoto
Takeshi Furuta (Giant Killing , Mobile Suit Gundam AGE episode director) will direct the series, Aki Itami (Flowers of Evil , Mushi-Shi ) will write the scripts, and Hitomi Tsuruta (The Knight in the Area ) will design the characters. Animation studio ZEXCS (D.C. ~Da Capo~ , Flowers of Evil, Say, "I Love You". ) will produce the series. StylipS will perform the opening theme song.
