Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei! Anime's New Promo Previews Minami Kuribayashi Theme

Kadokawa began streaming a new promotional video for the second season of the Prisma Illya television anime, Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei!, on Wednesday. The video is narrated by voice actress Mai Kadowaki as her character Illya, and features the anime's opening theme song, "moving soul" by Minami Kuribayashi (Katanagatari, Medaka Box).

The video lists the anime as premiering on Japanese television on July 9.

The first anime series premiered last summer, and Crunchyroll streamed it as it aired in Japan. Sentai Filmworks licensed the series for North America and plans to release it on home video in September with the original Japanese audio, as well as an English dub.
