Samurai Flamenco Added to AnimeLab

Samurai Flamenco
He's a tokusatsu fan that wants to fight for justice as a self-made superhero, he's the cop who found out his real identity and gets dragged into his mis-adventures. Together they fight crime!
Masayoshi Hazama has always wanted to become a superhero since he was a kid, so he decides to fight crime in the name of justice as Samurai Flamenco. However his secret identity as a model is discovered by police officer Hidenori Gotō and together they discover the responsibilities of being a champion of justice in the world.
Takahiro Ōmori (Natsume's Book of Friends, Baccano!, Princess Jellyfish) directed the series while Chinatsu Kurahana (Uta no Prince-sama - Maji Love 1000%, Aquarion Evol original character designs) designed the characters. Hideyuki Kurata (Oreimo, Now and Then, Here and There, The World God Only Knows) handled the series composition and Yoshimitsu Yamashita (Mushibugyō, Blade of the Immortal, Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~) adapted Kurahana's character designs for animation. Manglobe (Samurai Champloo, Karneval, Deadman Wonderland) produced the series. SPYAIR performed the opening theme "Just One Life," and cast members Haruka Tomatsu, M.A.O, and Erii Yamazaki as their fictional idol group Mineral Miracle Muse performed the ending song "Date TIME."
Samurai Flamenco aired from the 10th of October 2013 as part of Fuji TV's Noitamina block and ran for 22 episodes. Aniplex of America licensed the show for streaming and home video release in North America and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired.
Madman Entertainment licensed Samurai Flamenco back in December 2013 as part of their 12 Announcements of Christmas, a date for home video release has yet to be announced.
