Arc covering Kirito's quest for Excalibur starts on October 18
The Dengeki website began streaming the latest promotional video for Sword Art Online II's "Calibur" arc on Saturday. The Calibur arc (light novel volume 8) revolves around the quest for the legendary sword Excalibur. The video features the anime's new opening song, "courage," by Haruka Tomatsu.
Kirito: During that, we saw the golden sword that shone in the highest grade.
Klein: All right! This is the last adventure of the year!
Kirito: All right, let's do this!
The same video debuted at the Dengeki Bunko Aki no Saiten (Dengeki Bunko Fall Festival) event last Sunday. The Calibur arc will start on October 18 on Tokyo MX and other stations, followed by the Mother's Rosary (Mother's Rosario) arc on November 8.
