Sony announced the upcoming release of the Dragon Quest Metal Slime Edition PlayStation 4 with a parody video on Tuesday.

Sanayama says the hardest part of welding is the Metal Slime, which cannot normally be harmed by fire or magic. However, by carefully applying damage, the form of the metal starts to come together. After its strength leaves, the PlayStation 4 becomes red hot. One last blow completes the product. The dexterous skills of Toshio Sanayama shine.

Square Enix also announced more voice cast for the Dragon Quest Heroes: Yamiryū to Sekai Ki no Shiro (Dragon Quest Heroes: The Darkness Dragon & the Castle of the World Tree) PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 game during a Nico Nico live broadcast:
Square Enix will ship the game in Japan on February 26, 2015. The PlayStation 4 version will cost 7,800 yen (about US$77), while the PlayStation 3 version will cost 6,800 yen (about US$67). The limited edition Dragon Quest Metal Slime Edition PlayStation 4 will be released on December 11 in limited quantities for the price of 49,980 yen (about US$499).
