Hawaii anime convention Kawaii Kon announced on Monday that voice actor Tohru Furuya and artist Range Murata are joining the guest roster for the March 27-29 event in Honolulu.

Furuya has lent his voice to a number of iconic roles including Amura Ray in Mobile Suit Gundam, Pegasus Seiya in Saint Seiya, Kyosuke Kasuga in Kimagure Orange Road, Yamcha in Dragon Ball Z, and Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Kamen in Sailor Moon. He's currently reprising his role in Dragon Ball Z Kai.

He was "Best Artist of the Year" 2006 in the Seiun Awards and has released several dojinshi and art books, including some in English. Murata provided artwork for a new Attack on Titan novel Kakuzetsu Toshi no Jōō (The Queen of the Isolated City) in August.

Murata attended Seattle's Sakura-Con convention last year.

Previously announced guests for Kawaii Kon include singers Eir Aoi and Akira and English voice actors Bryce Papenbrook, Jess Harnell, Rob Paulsen, Todd Haberkorn, and Cassandra Morris.

Kawaii Kon is held annually at the Hawaii Convention Center.
