English dub planned by November for latest anime based on Bushiroad card games

The entertainment company Bushiroad announced on Thursday that Cardfight!! Vanguard G NEXT, the latest series of the Cardfight!! Vanguard G anime, will stream on the YouTube, Crunchyroll, and Daisuki services. The series is premiering on October 2 in Japan, and the three streaming services will post new episodes every Saturday at 9:40 p.m. EDT (9:30 p.m. EDT on Daisuki). In addition to the English-subtitled release, Bushiroad plans to start offering English-dubbed episodes in November.

Bushiroad describes the new season's story:

Following the conclusion of the previous Cardfight!! Vanguard G Stride Gate arc, members of Team TRY3, Chrono Shindou, Shion Kiba and Tokoha Anjou will be moving forward to their respective high schools. Each member will be forming their own team in a bid to decide their own future. The three protagonists are set to clash as rivals in the upcoming large-scale tournament titled U20 Championship.

OLM, INC (Pokémon, Future Card Buddyfight, Beyblade) is animating Cardfight!! Vanguard G NEXT.

Based on Bushiroad's card game franchise, the first Cardfight!! Vanguard G anime premiered in October 2014. Several of the other Cardfight!! Vanguard anime series also streamed outside Japan.

The 24th and final episode of the previous series in the franchise, Cardfight!! Vanguard G Stride Gate-hen, aired on September 25.
