5 Studio Ghibli Films Get Screenings in Indonesia From April to September

Indonesian film distributor Kaninga Pictures revealed on Tuesday that it will hold a screening of five Studio Ghibli films in Indonesia from April to September (excluding June during Ramadan) in cooperation with cinema chain Cinema 21, and Hakuhodo DY. The screening event is named "The World of Ghibli."
Spirited Away will screen from April 1-7, My Neighbor Totoro will screen from May 1-7, Ponyo will screen from July 1-7, Princess Mononoke will screen from August 1-7, and Howl's Moving Castle will screen from September 1-7.
All screenings will take place at 45 Cinema 21 theaters in 17 cities across Indonesia. Tickets can already be pre-ordered on the event website.
The last Studio Ghibli film to have a wide opening in Indonesia was Hayao Miyazaki's The Wind Rises in March 2014.
