GEM TV Airs NTV's 'The Music Day' Musical Program Live on July 1

5-hour program will feature performances by over 70 musical acts
Sony's GEM TV channel revealed on Thursday that it will broadcast Nippon TV's "THE MUSIC DAY -Negai ga Kanau Natsu-" (THE MUSIC DAY Summer Wishes Come True) program live across Asia. The program will air on July 1, and will air from 4:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. GMT +8 on the channel.
Arashi member Shō Araki will host the program, and it will include performances by over 70 performers, including:

The event will also show a special performance by Dean Fujioka live from Singapore at the Marina Bay Sands hotel.
"The Music Day" event began in 2013 to celebrate NTV's 60th anniversary. The program has been held annually every July since then. This year's event will be the fifth event.
