Tokyo Ghoul:re Manga Ranks #6 on U.S. Monthly Bookscan October List

The first volume of Sui Ishida's Tokyo Ghoul:re manga ranked #6 on NPD BookScan's Top 20 list for October.
This month's list featured eight manga releases, including:
- #10 — Akira Himekawa's The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess volume 2
- #12 — Kōhei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia volume 1
- #13 — Kōhei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia volume 9
- #15 — ONE and Yūsuke Murata's One-Punch Man volume 12
- #18 — Sui Ishida's Tokyo Ghoul volume 1
- #19 — Marie Kondo's The Life-Changing Manga of Tidying Up: A Magical Story
- #20 — Kōhei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia volume 2
The BookScan rankings represent sales at Barnes & Noble and other book chains, independent bookshops, and online purchases — but not sales at comic book stores, Walmart.com, and some other venues.
NPD BookScan announced in September it plans to add in sales numbers from comic book stores in partnership with Diamond Comics and indie retailers in the coming year, but hasn't yet revealed a specific date the change will take place.
