Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe began streaming a new video on Friday for its Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 game. The video previews the game's new DLC pack.

The DLC pack will contain new playable characters, including Goku (Ultra Instinct), Jiren, Android 17 (from Dragon Ball Super), and Fu. Fu is a mysterious character who will "trigger the events of the new scenario Infinite History." The update will also include more costumes, five types of Parallel Quests, eight types of Skills, and eight types of Super Souls.

The DLC "Extra Pack 2" will launch in Europe on February 28. The version in Japan will launch "in a few days."

Bandai Namco Entertainment released Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC in North America and Europe in October 2016, and for the PS4 in Japan in November 2016. The company then released the game for the Nintendo Switch in Japan on September 7 and in the West on September 22. The Switch version has sold more than 500,000 copies worldwide, including both physical and digital copies, as of January 12.

The first Dragon Ball Xenoverse game shipped for the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 consoles in Japan on February 5, 2015. The game then debuted in the United States on February 24, 2015 and in Europe on February 27, 2015. The game also debuted on PC via Steam on February 27, 2015.
