Anime Expo to Host m-flo Performance

The organizers of Anime Expo announced on Thursday that it will host the event "m-flo presents 'OTAQUEST LIVE' powered by LDH USA" on July 5. The event will feature the first U.S. performances for Japanese groups m-flo and PKCZ®, as well as other acts that have not yet been announced.
The hip hop group m-flo began when friends Verbal and Taku Takahashi met singer LISA and launched the group in 1998. Since then, the group has released eight studio albums, with six of those produced after LISA's departure in 2002. The group announced in December that LISA had reunited with the group.
m-flo performed the second opening theme song for the 2003 Astro Boy anime, and also provided the music for the Amazing Nuts! anime, and the Appleseed: Ex Machina film.
