Torrance-based company Social Rewards Releasing in partnership with Avex Pictures will distribute the film in the United States. Avex Pictures has opened an English website for the film as well as English social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The official website has not yet revealed where the film will screen in the U.S. on March 29.

Social Rewards Releasing stated in the announcement that the company "brings anime merchandising and anime film titles from Japan to the US as full feature releases with a goal of releasing 1 title per month in US theatres."

Avex Pictures describes the Trinity Seven: Heavens Library & Crimson Lord film:

The film will open at Shinjuku Wald 9 in Tokyo and other theaters throughout Japan on March 29. The film features returning staff, including director Hiroshi Nishikiori, scriptwriter Kenji Saitō, character designer and chief animation director Shinpei Tomooka, composer TECHNOBOYS PULCRAFT GREEN-FUND, and anime studio Seven Arcs Pictures. Avex Pictures is distributing the film. The film will also feature a returning cast.
