Kakegurui Director Will Be Guest at MCM London

Anime Limited has announced that Kakegurui director Yuichiro Hayashi will be Guest of Honour at the MCM London Comic Con event which will take place at London's ExCel Centre from May 24 to May 26. Hayashi's talk will be on the Saturday, May 25.
According to Anime Limited, "Yuichiro Hayashi has been involved in numerous major productions as a storyboard artist, episode director as well as series director. Some of his most well-known works are 009 RE:CYBORG (2012; Storyboard Artist), GARO: The Animation (2014; Series Director), and Garo: Divine Flame (2016; Movie Director, Storyboard Artist, Episode Director). On Kakegurui (2017), he not only served as Series Director, but also played major roles as Storyboard Artist and Episode Director. Most recently, he directed Kakegurui xx (2019) in collaboration with Kiyoshi Matsuda." (Kakegurui xx is Kakegurui's second TV season and will be launched on Netflix on June 13.)
Hayashi will appear in a Guest of Honour panel, focusing on his work as a series director, storyboard artist and episode director, on Saturday May 25 from 1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. on the Centre Stage. He will also have two signing sessions, one each on Saturday and Sunday.
