The Pokémon Company began streaming a new trailer for the Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield Nintendo Switch role-playing games on Monday. Japanese Version

Gigantamaxing allows certain species of Pokémon to become bigger than Dynamaxing, more powerful, and use a special G-Max Move. The Pokémon Deino and Jangmo-o will be exclusive to Pokémon Sword, and Larvitar and Goomy will be exclusive to Pokémon Shield. People who purchase the double pack of the games will receive Dynamax Crystals to encounter either Dynamax Larvitar and Dynamax Jangmo-o.

The starter Pokémon in the games' new Galar region will be Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble. The previously revealed new Pokémon in the games will also include Wooloo, Gossifleur, Eldegoss, Drednaw, Corviknight, and the Legendary Pokémon Zacian and Zamazenta. New features will include Dynamax and Max Raid Battles.

The Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! games shipped for Nintendo Switch on November 16. The games are set in the Kanto region of the first Pokémon games, and are specifically based on 1998's Pokémon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition.
