IFF Toronto Event in June 2020 to Host Voice Actor Showtaro Morikubo

The staff of the International Fan Festival Toronto (IFF Toronto) 2020 event announced on Friday that it will host voice actor Showtaro Morikubo at the event. The event will mark Morikubo's first Canadian convention appearance.
Morikubo's anime voice roles include Naruto's Shikamaru Nara, Hakuōki's Sōji Okita, Cardfight!! Vanguard's Taishi Miwa, Persona 4 The Animation's Yōsuke Hanamura, One Piece's Bartolomeo, Love Stage!!'s Kojirō, and Yowamushi Pedal's Yūsuke. Morikubo has also voiced characters and provided theme songs in several installments of the Rockman (Megaman) video game and anime franchise. He has also performed theme songs for anime such as The Prince of Tennis, Utano☆Princesama Revolutions, STARMYU, and Yowamushi Pedal.
IFF Toronto 2020 will be held from June 19-21, 2020, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The event will be the second Canadian event for IFF. The first IFF event took place in Osaka in October 2018.
