Netflix India Releases Cautious Hero Anime on June 30

Netflix India is listing the Cautious Hero anime on its streaming service. The anime will stream on the service starting on June 30. 

Netflix India describes the story:

Goddess Ristarte summons a hero from another world to fight the Demon Lord. She wants a champion, but Seiya's slow-paced style isn't what she expects.

The anime premiered in Japan on October 2 and had 12 episodes.

Masayuki Sakoi (Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online, Matoi the Sacred Slayer, Celestial Method) directed the anime at WHITE FOX. Kenta Ihara (Saga of Tanya the Evil, Vinland Saga) wrote and supervised the series' scripts, and Mai Toda (Matoi the Sacred Slayer, Girls' Last Tour) designed the characters.

Light Tuchihi launched the novel series on the Kakuyomu website in June 2016, and Kadokawa published the first volume in print with illustrations by Saori Toyota in February 2017. (The novels were the first work from the Kakuyomu website to receive an anime adaptation.)

A manga adaptation launched in November 2018 in Kadokawa's Monthly Dragon Age. Koyuki (Log Horizon: The West Wind Brigade) provides the art.
