Pokémon's English-Subtitled 'Fubuki no Natsu Yasumi' Pokétoon Anime Short Posted

The Pokémon Company International debuted a new Pokétoon net anime short, "Fubuki no Natsu Yasumi" (Summer Vacation Blizzard), on the Pokémon Kids TV channel on YouTube on Friday. Shingo Yamashita (Pokémon: Twilight Wings) is credited as overall director, while Yūsaku Kitano directed the short at mimoid and drew character designs. Fujimoto Gold and Nugiko Kutsushita drew the backgrounds. Takuya Hosogane drew storyboards and was also the director of photography. The artist cubesato produced the foley effects. Pancake is credited as video producer.
The first Pokétoon short, "POKÉTOON: Scraggy and Mimikyu," premiered in June 2020. Two new shorts in the series, "Hero ni Naritai Yanchamu" (Pancham Who Wants to Be a Hero) and "Yume no Tsubomi" (Dreaming Tsubomi) debuted on May 5 and June 4 earlier this year, respectively.
The Pokémon Kids TV channel then debuted the "Mattete ne Koiking" (Just Wait, Magikarp) short in July, and then debuted the "Poka-Poka MaguMaggu House" (Cozy Slugma House) short on August 5. It then debuted the "Gengar ni Nacchatta!?" (I Became a Gengar?!) short on September 10.
The Pokémon Kids TV YouTube channel launched in 2019 with a focus on children's programming.
