Japanese Film Festival India Reveals Kolkata Screening Schedule

The Indian Facebook page for the Japanese Film Festival (JFF) announced its screening schedule for Kolkata on Monday. The festival will take place from January 18 through January 21 at INOX South City Mall, Jadavpur, Kolkata.

The festival will screen:

• Detective Conan Episode "One" (Detective Conan - Episode One: The Great Detective Turned Small) on January 18 at 6:30 p.m. IST.
• The 4K remaster of Hayao Miyazaki's 1979 Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro anime film on January 21 at 11:30 a.m. IST.
• Detective Conan: Crossroad in the Ancient Capital on January 21 at 4:30 p.m. IST.
• Detective Conan the movie: The Last Wizard of the Century (Case Closed: The Last Magician of the Century) on January 21 at 6:45 p.m. IST.

JFF will take place in Pune from January 11 through January 14. The Japan Foundation is hosting the festival in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. It held screenings in Delhi from October 12 through October 15 and held the Hyderabad and Chennai screenings from from November 2 through November 5. The festival took place in Mumbai and in Bengaluru from December 7 through December 10.
